    You create an event

    Date, venue, rate and how many people you need. Recurring shifts are set up once, as a template.

  2. MON 10:15

    People sign up from their phones

    The team gets a notification and taps “Count me in”. Can’t make it? They hand the shift to a colleague. Gaps show up at once.

  3. FRI 09:00–17:00

    Hours follow the schedule

    The shift starts and ends at the planned time. If you prefer, people start and end it on their phones instead. Someone left early? They report their time and you approve it.

    Payout and invoice

    Mark payouts per person or several at once. The client invoice for the period is built from closed shifts — with every required detail.

You write when, where, how many people and at what rate. Agencies that have worked for you before see the request first, partners you invited four hours later, and every agency on the exchange after twelve. When it’s urgent, open it to everyone at once.

Who built this

I work promo shifts myself. I wrote this for my own team.

I'm Mark, based in Bratislava, and I know shifts from the side of the person working them. Hours got argued over in chat, payouts were recounted in Excel, and someone always got forgotten.

The first version ran in Telegram and our team still uses it. BACKSTAGE is the same thing built properly — and I keep writing it myself, around what actually turns out to be missing at events.

Where your data lives and who can see it

You will keep your people's pay and documents in here. So: specifics, not marketing.

Server in Europe

The app and primary database are hosted on a server in Germany. Email, payments and notifications involve other providers listed in our privacy policy.

IBAN and documents encrypted

Account and document numbers are encrypted in the database. Scans of documents are never stored.

Encrypted backup every night

A copy of the database is made daily and leaves the server encrypted. We test the restore for real on a schedule.

Who sees what

A worker sees their own hours and their own money. Client rates, margin and ratings are admin-only.

Download your own data from your profile; team Excel export depends on your plan. You can delete your account yourself. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and it behaves like an app, notifications included.

Can I see shifts on my phone’s home screen?

Yes. Connect the calendar in your profile: iPhone in one tap, Google once from a computer, others via a link. Shifts appear in your phone calendar and its home-screen widget; moves and cancellations update by themselves.

Will other agencies on the exchange see my people?

No. Requests and offers only show how many people, when, where and at what rate. Names are visible only to the other side of a deal, and only for people actually put on the shift.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Download your own data from your profile. Team Excel export is available depending on your plan. You can delete your account yourself.

We used the Telegram version — what happens to it?

It keeps working, separately from the web app. Sign in here with the “Sign in with Telegram” button. If you want your shifts moved over from Telegram, write to us.

How does cancelling work?

Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Data is not deleted — it is all there when you come back.
